Terms and Conditions
Last updated 1 August 2026. Opening an account means accepting these terms. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you. We may request proof of age or identity at any time, and may suspend an account until those checks are complete.
2. Your account
One account per person, household, IP address and device. Register in your own name, with details that match the payment methods you will use. Keep your password private; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
Tell us promptly if your contact details change, or if you believe someone else has accessed your account. We may suspend access while we investigate a security concern.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits are credited once cleared by the payment provider. We accept DuitNow and DuitNow QR, Touch ’n Go eWallet, FPX online banking, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, bank transfer and USDT on TRC-20.
Withdrawals are paid to a method in your own name, normally the one you deposited with. Verified accounts are usually paid within minutes; first withdrawals take longer because identity is checked once.
4. Bonuses
All promotions are opt-in and subject to the conditions published on the promotions page, including any turnover requirement, game contribution rate and maximum credit.
A bonus may be cancelled by you before turnover is met, in which case the bonus and any winnings from it are removed and your own funds remain. We may withhold or reclaim a bonus where duplicate accounts, mismatched payment ownership or pattern betting is identified.
5. Bets and settlement
A bet is accepted when it appears in your bet history. Bets placed at a clearly incorrect price, after a market should have closed, or with knowledge of the outcome may be voided.
Sports bets settle on the official result of the governing body. Abandoned or postponed events are voided unless completed within the period stated in the market rules.
6. Fair play
Game outcomes come from certified random number generators or live studio equipment. Automated play, collusion, exploiting a software fault and using another person’s funds are all prohibited and will result in closure.
7. Closing an account
You can close your account at any time from settings or by asking support. Any withdrawable balance is paid out. Self-exclusion is different from closure: it cannot be reversed early.
8. Disputes
Raise a complaint with support first, quoting your username and any reference. We aim to reply within 24 hours and to resolve within seven days. If the outcome does not satisfy you, the matter may be escalated to our licensing authority.
9. Licence and changes
Bigwin is operated under Licence No. ALSI-202504032-FI2, issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. We may amend these terms; material changes are notified before they take effect.
